Information and purposes
KIO (General Incorporated Association) uses the name, organisation, contact details and information you provide to respond to enquiries and communicate about performances, visits and creative collaborations.
The enquiry form
When you submit this form, KIO stores your name, contact details and enquiry in its business database to manage responses and follow-up. The automatic acknowledgement and its sending result are also recorded.
Management and sharing
We manage personal information appropriately and take measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss and disclosure. We do not provide it to third parties except with your consent, to service providers as necessary for the work, or as required by law.
External services and access information
LINE, social media, video and ticketing services open when you select their links. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Our hosting infrastructure may process information such as IP addresses and access times to deliver the site reliably and securely.
Google Photos for administrators
Administrators unpack album ZIPs, preview photos and make selections in their browser. Local drafts retain the production, selected filenames, order and photography credits. ZIPs, originals and unselected images are not sent to the server. Publishing converts only selected images for the web, removes metadata such as location information and saves them to public image storage. Uploaded image URLs are publicly accessible. Google connection credentials are encrypted. We do not send images to external AI services or use them to train AI. Contact us below to request deletion of stored photos.
Access, corrections and deletion
For requests to access, correct, delete or stop the use of your personal information, or questions about this policy, please contact us below. We will verify your identity and respond appropriately.
